Discount Tire

Logan was fantastic! I have been to discount tire to buy new tires several times in the past and it has always been good. Today we came in desperately needing tires put on- one had already been plugged and the other was about to go. I already purchased the tires on marketplace and had been looking for an affordable place to have them balanced and mounted. Logan gave us a great price and had it done right away. He also let us know about their alignment deal. We will definitely be back to have that done thanks to his great customer service!

10/10 - highly recommend. It was super easy to get in and make an appointment. I was helped promptly when I got there. I mostly knew I needed new tires and had issues with my pressure sensors. I was not looking for the cheapest tire, but the technicians did not try to upsell me. When I wanted to look for a “better” tire for winter driving, they easily gave me a good option. While they were looking at my car they found out I needed a new wheel since it was bent from a previous flat. All in all, I got more than I expected for at a lower price than I was expecting to pay, and the whole thing was done within just a couple of hours.

Stopped in due to an issue after a tire rotation at a different location. Logan helped resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Logan and Mason both provided excellent customer service and ensured my car was good to go. I will be coming to this location for new tires going forward specifically because of them.

David the Store Manager is the absolute greatest. I live in Woodbury and would go see him at the Woodbury location, and when he came to the Eagan store… i followed. No one out there more trustworthy and helpful than David and the guys here at Eagan. 10/10 I refuse to go anywhere else

Went to get free rotate and balance. Its free when you buy tires through them. This was my second time doing this. Unlike the first shop i went to where they didnt care at all, damaged my rims and did a poor job with every step this shop was nice. Looks like my car was taken care of. The balance came out real nice this time, least shake ive felt. Still a tiny bit but thats i think driveline vibration, its an old complicated german system so that to be expected. They are a younger crowed here but there very proffessional and seem to take care of you well. When its time to do the next tires or service i might have to choose this location again. Its also a free service to get rotation and balance so impressive that it takes labor and they did it right here. Thats what keeps support and interest in commong back. Not offering a free service but damaging your car and putting no care into it like the last location i reveiwed.
